This one’s more of a shot than a cocktail since it needs to be taken in one gulp. It’s also supposed to be a great hangover cure. Okay, I’ll get to the point – it’s got a whole raw egg in it. • 25 ml brandy
  •  A dash of salt
  • A dash of pepper
  • 2 dashes of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions:

  1. Add Tabasco, Worcestershire and brandy in a shaker filled with ice and shake well till chilled
  2. Add pepper and salt
  3. Strain into lowball glass
  4. Crack egg straight into drink without breaking the yolk
  5. Drink in one gulp
