For a liquor made of 56 ingredients, you’d expect it to get much more respect. I’m with you on that, so here’s a list of drinks that can put your Jagermeister back in the front of your liquor cabinet.

Jager Ginger

This drink has all the elements that make a drink a staple. It’s refreshing, it somehow tastes like it’s good for you and of course, a healthy helping of Jagermeister. You’d be crazy to refuse the Jager Ginger.

What you’ll need:

  • 44 ml Jagermeister
  • ¼ lime
  • 2 slices of cucumber
  • Cold ginger beer

Instructions:

  • Fill a tall glass halfway with ice
  • Pour the Jager in and squeeze the lime on top
  • Fill the rest of the glass with ginger beer
  • Serve after stirring and topping with cucumber slices

Widow Maker

As much as the name scares the bejesus out of me, it also sounds pretty interesting. A mixture of Jager, coffee liqueur, vodka, and grenadine – it sounds like the dream cocktail. And it’s so simple, you can’t screw it up!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 part Jagermeister
  • 1 part vodka
  • 1 part coffee liqueur
  • 2 part grenadine

Instructions:

  • Shake all ingredients together in a shaker filled with ice
  • Strain into a cocktail glass and serve

Jager Float

What you’ll need:

  • 1 ½ parts Jagermeister
  • 3 parts root beer
  • Vanilla ice cream

Instructions:

  • 22 ml lime juice
  • 2 tsp sugar syrup
  • 44 ml Jagermeister

Grizzly Bear

  • 1 part Amaretto
  • 1 part Jagermeister
  • 1 part Kahlua
  • 2 ½ parts milk
